Starting her career as a dental nurse, Pamela developed a solid foundation in the dental field before transitioning to reception in 2013. It was during this shift that she discovered a true passion for patient care and organization. Over the years, she has honed skills in ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent service to patients, making their experiences as positive as possible.

In 2016, Pamela earned a Certificate in Dental Reception, further expanding her knowledge and expertise in managing patient interactions. She continued professional growth by obtaining a Diploma in Dental Practice Management in 2021. This allowed her to take on a leadership role, managing a group of dental practices before joining Cloud Dental in January 2024.

With over a decade of experience working alongside Bushra, Pamela brings a wealth of knowledge to Cloud Dental, ensuring efficient practice management and exceptional patient care.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, walking her dog, reading gripping horror novels, and spending quality time with friends and family.
